2. Print and fill up the attached redemption form

3. Together with your filled up redemption form, head down to the Adidias Corporate Store at 77 Robinson Road (between 19 Nov to 31 Dec 2012) to redeem either a sports bag or a yoga mat (design as shown in poster).
