Come dressed & made up in your best Gyaru outfits as the Shibuya Girls are also looking to shoot fan videos to send to Tsubasa Masuwaka ON THE SPOT from 1pm – 4pm. (psst, if you’re lucky, she might respond!)

Lucky draw prizes & the top 10 most Gyaru girls will also be picked at 5pm to receive special Gyaru tool kits!
