The Delta League is a youth engagement project jointly organised by the National Crime Prevention Council and the Singapore Police Force. Using a soccer league and other enrichment activities, the Delta League aims to keep youths meaningfully engaged during the school holidays, away from negative influences and to participate in meaningful and positive activities.

The 5th season of the Delta League will be kicking off in May 2013. One of the highlights this season is to invite youths to come up with a digital design that will be utilised by National Crime Prevention Council and the Singapore Police Force in out continuous efforts to engage and educate the public.

Shop Theft is a continual and prevalent threat to both shoppers and businesses. Thus, the theme of this season’s competition is “Show Theft The Red Card! There Are No Sales In Jail!”. Youths aged 13 – 20 years are encouraged to form teams to come up with creative digital design to create awareness against, or educate the public about Shop Theft.
